As I return back to writing I realize that it is an easy transition, for although everything has changed, nothing has changed since my last post many moons ago. Facebook had a face lift then and we were forced to accept the doctor chosen for us. Once again, Facebook is changing our personal page to one that carries a timeline. For young people the timeline only carries them back a few years but for the Seniorellas out there the timeline seems never ending and I question do I really want to go back that far in time.
I guess I wouldn't mind if while sitting on my chair, in front of my
computer, going back in time meant instantly losing those extra pounds,
inches, and wrinkles. But truth be told, as Seniorellas, Facebook can only produce a written timeline, not the time machine needed to truly take us
back to a time when gray hair was not even remotely found on our heads.
Oh, to be young again, in an ever changing cyberspace, what fun it must be not to be cyberspace illiterate, but a welcoming force to change as the
seasons change, to fearlessly update our favorite applications, to be as Michael Jackson sang "The Man in the Mirror" and make that change!
"Hurry Back" and make a change!
